Grooming and Boarding

I am a customer of Julie Street Ritchie at The Crystal Parlor.  I have a 9 year old ShitZu, named Casey.  I have been using The Crystal Parlor for seven years for grooming my mellow laid-back sweet Casey, who loves “Aunt Juie”!, until he gets on her grooming table, he becomes a ‘Dr. Jeckle’!  Julie is so loving with her doggies, she has a calming nature about her!  She knows what body part to groom first in order to get the job done!

Julie has been in Bella Vista at the same boarding and grooming free-run kennel for over nineteen years. I would highly recommend Julie Ritchie at The Crystal Parlor to all those doggie owners of little family members for grooming and all size furry friends for boarding.

Misty and I have lived in Bella Vista for 14 years and about ten years ago we found the Crystal Parlor which was very highly recommended by a friend.  Since that time Misty just need to hear "do you want to go see Julie" and she is head for the door.  Misty loves her play time there also.  Try The Crystal Parlor and you won't be sorry and neither will your pet.   A Very Happy Pet Owner!!!!

Our Pomeranian was very comfortable with Julie at Crystal Parlor.  Extra detail was given to appearance as well as nails, ears, and paws.  Overall care was exceptional!
